About Me

Hi, I’m Rhonda.

I’m everything I am and nothing that I’m not. I love theatre. Bonjour. Je parle français [un peu]. I’m into photography. Nothing special. :] I basically live for children’s media: books, television, toys, whatever. If Big Bird is on it, I’ll more than likely fall in love with it. My dream job is to work for the Crayola Company naming crayon colors or something. I’m being dead serious. I love arts n’ crafts. I love my friends more than anything, and I am the most loyal person you will ever meet. I basically speak sarcasm as a second language. I’m a dreamer. Whether my dreams come true or not is completely irrelevant.

I guess I should also mention that I’m a graduate of Berea College earning my Bachelor’s in theatre (with, basically, a minor in Child/Family Studies). I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in theatre at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. I love listening to music and dancing when no one is watching. I am most comfortable in a pair of jeans and a hoodie. I love the smell of rain and freshly cut grass, and the sound of children laughing and bubble gum smacking fill me with joy. Summer is my favorite season, but I genuinely like them all. Give me a coloring book and coloring utensils, and I’ll be satisfied for days. I can’t tolerate disrespect, and I believe in non-violent forms of justice. But most importantly, I am me and that’s all I can ever be.
